Calculinence™ — A Structured Way to Reach Clarity in a Disorganized World

I created Calculinence™ out of personal need.
After being diagnosed with a mental illness that causes disorganized thoughts, I found it difficult to express ideas, make decisions, or communicate clearly. Medication helped — but it didn’t give me the structure and clarity I needed.

So I built something that did help me, and now I’m sharing it with the world.

Calculinence™ is a problem-solving discipline designed to bring order, focus, and calm to the decision-making process. This worksheet helps you better understand and practice Calculinence. Download and print this worksheet as a guide in your journey of practicing and learning about Calculinence.

What Is a Calculent™?

A Calculent™ is the final answer or conclusion you reach through Calculinence™.
It is a Calculated Truth — the best, most responsible conclusion a human being can reach by combining:

1. The Bible (moral truth)
2. Science (physical truth)
3. Logic (connecting truth)
4. Any future truth system revealed by God or developed by humanity

This order matters.
The method respects moral principles first, considers evidence second, and uses logical reasoning to unify both.

A Calculent is:

  • principled

  • evidence-aware

  • logical

  • humble in its limits

It does not claim absolute or divine truth. Only God, Jesus Christ, or an angel could reveal that.
Instead, a Calculent is the most balanced and responsible conclusion we can reach as humans.


What a Calculent Is Not

A Calculent is not:

  • a prophecy

  • a legal verdict

  • a divine revelation

  • the only possible answer

A Calculent is:

  • a morally guided, evidence-based conclusion

  • a tool for navigating hard choices

  • a way to reduce confusion, doubt, or emotional overwhelm

  • a structured approach that avoids fear-driven or trauma-driven decisions

“A Calculent is the most balanced answer a person can reach after examining moral law, scientific evidence, and logical reasoning in order.”

This communicates that Calculinence is structured, honest, and grounded — not authoritative or extreme.

How to Practice Calculinence™ for Mental Clarity

1. Identify the Problem

Write down one issue. Keep it small and simple.

2. Ask One Clear Question

Examples:

  • “Why am I anxious?”

  • “What upset me today?”

  • “What should I do next?”

3. Calculate

Pull from the three pillars:

  • a guiding Bible verse

  • a scientific fact or grounding technique

  • simple logic (“Is there evidence for this fear?”)

4. Repeat Slowly

Ask another question.
Calculate again.
Write it down.
Take breaks when needed.

5. Form Your Calculent™

A calm, honest conclusion. Not perfect — just your best understanding right now.

Examples:

  • “I am overwhelmed and need rest before deciding.”

  • “This fear has no evidence.”

  • “I should talk to someone I trust.”

  • “My thoughts are racing; I need grounding.”
